✅ Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in their original condition

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Perishable goods (e.g., bath items, dried florals)

  • Gift cards


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@chiccraft.shop.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
